At Work with Atoba, we help formerly incarcerated individuals and those affected by hardship rewrite their stories through mentorship, job-readiness training, and purposeful transformation. Rooted in dignity and driven by hope, we equip people to step back into the marketplace — with confidence, skills, and a plan to get paid.

Who We Serve
Ex-Offenders
We help formerly incarcerated individuals reclaim their identity, learn new skills, and access honest work through structured mentorship and training.
Reasonable Single Parents Returning to Work-Place
Through flexible, family-conscious training and work pathways, we help single mothers and fathers gain skills and income without sacrificing their parenting role
Survivors of Abuse or Addiction
We provide a safe, supportive space for healing and career rebuilding. With trauma-informed coaching, participants are guided toward self-reliance and renewal.
People Affected by Poverty or Homelessness
We provide real opportunities for sustainable income, emotional support, and a long-term career path for those coming from unstable or disadvantaged backgrounds.
